As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure IT systems and
infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and
related hardware and software components.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
Implement solutions to improve system efficiency and resource utilization.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to systems, networks, and applications.
Provide prompt and effective technical support to end-users and internal stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard IT systems and data from potential threats
and breaches. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect critical data and
ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to evaluate, select, and implement
third-party solutions and services. Monitor vendor performance and adherence to service level
agreements (SLAs).
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations,
processes, and procedures. Prepare regular reports on system performance and project status.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines,
and ensuring successful project delivery.
Preferred Skills:
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), VMware Certified
Professional (VCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Docker).
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and best
practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's
degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer, managing complex IT infrastructure and systems, with a
minimum of [X] years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical expertise in system design, administration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in
