We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Operations
Manager to oversee and manage our organization's IT infrastructure and operations. As the IT

with stakeholders, and implement strategies to optimize IT operations and enhance overall

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage
systems, and cloud services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance
feedback to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and
effective IT operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT
requirements and align them with business objectives.
- Manage IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and
adherence to service level agreements.
- Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and security to identify and address potential
issues or vulnerabilities proactively.
- Implement and maintain IT service management practices, including incident, problem, and change
management, to ensure timely resolution of IT issues and minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT operations,
recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and data protection policies, such as
GDPR or HIPAA.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, conducting regular tests
and updates to ensure readiness.
- Evaluate and implement IT infrastructure upgrades and enhancements, keeping abreast of
technological advancements and industry best practices.

- Proven experience in an IT operations management role, with a track record of successfully
managing IT infrastructure and support services.
- Strong technical background and understanding of IT systems, networks, security, and cloud
technologies.
- Experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and
performance management.
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and practices (e.g., ITIL) and their application
in optimizing IT operations.
- Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence
to relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and execute IT projects,
ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
