• Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the organization's IT systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize technology needs and opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Manage IT budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective allocation and utilization of technology investments.
• Oversee IT projects and initiatives, setting project goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.
• Assess and mitigate technology risks, including data security, privacy, and business continuity planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as an IT Director or in a similar executive IT leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology planning.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale IT projects and managing complex technology initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to align technology with organizational objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of IT security principles, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
