- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the organization's IT systems,
infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring a high-performing and collaborative
work environment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize technology needs and
opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Manage IT budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective allocation and utilization of
technology investments.
- Oversee IT projects and initiatives, setting project goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring
timely and successful delivery.
- Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry
regulations and security best practices.
- Assess and mitigate technology risks, including data security, privacy, and business continuity
planning.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology planning.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale IT projects and managing complex technology
initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to align technology with organizational objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of IT security principles, data privacy regulations, and industry best
practices.
