Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and develop customized IT strategies and solutions to address their specific needs.
• Provide expert advice on technology trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to guide clients in making informed IT decisions.
• Assess clients' cybersecurity posture and recommend security measures and protocols to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex IT issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Deliver technical training and workshops to clients' employees to enhance their IT skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in information technology to continuously enhance consulting services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience as an IT Consultant or in a similar role, with a track record of providing expert IT guidance and solutions to clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of various IT domains, including network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex IT challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and experience in planning and executing IT projects.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and convey technical concepts clearly.
