We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Network
Administrator to join our IT team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing
and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure network performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate
should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to
manage network operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network
(WAN), and wireless network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance, identify and resolve network issues, and implement necessary
adjustments to ensure optimal network operation.
- Administer network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points, ensuring
they are properly configured and updated.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion
detection systems, to protect against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with IT staff and vendors to plan and implement network upgrades, expansions, and
system migrations.
- Conduct regular network backups and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity
and availability in case of system failures or disasters.
- Maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard
operating procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant
certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+) are advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role, with a track record of
managing and maintaining network infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and network security concepts.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Knowledge of network authentication and access control methods, including Active Directory.
- Experience with firewall configurations, virtual private networks (VPNs), and intrusion
detection/prevention systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and network advancements to
propose innovative solutions.
