Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of IT resources.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand technology needs and requirements, and develop IT strategies that align with business goals.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware to enhance IT capabilities and meet evolving business needs.
• Manage IT budgets, cost controls, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement of IT services and equipment.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard critical IT systems and data.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networking technologies, including cloud computing and virtualization.
• Familiarity with IT security principles, data privacy regulations, and best practices for safeguarding IT assets.
• Experience with IT project management methodologies and tools to drive successful project outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the IT team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative technology solutions.
